Praise!! (and a request...)

Yesterday we helped Lisa move out of her apartment, and the weather stayed nice for us the entire time! Praise God! We were praying for God to bless us with a dry day, and he definitely answered that prayer. It started POURING down rain just hours after we finished. : )

I also have a prayer request. I have a big decision to make regarding school, and I really just want to do what God wants, not what I or my counselors or parents want. It has to do with my Spanish classes at the U.W., and wheter or not it's worth getting a double major (Spanish and Nursing) or if I should just take time off before nursing school. Sounds like not such a big deal...but it effects what classes I take this quarter, so I need to decide before Tuesday.

The purpose of this blog....

Hi gang! So, Danielle and I were chatting, and decided we needed somewhere to post things for the group without cluttering up everyone's in-boxes. Especially since this week, we didn't get a chance to do prayer requests or talk about the end of Genesis.

So if you get a chance, please post on this site how we can be praying for you, and something that God taught you during our study in Genesis. Was anything suprising to you? Any stories that especially stood out during the study? How has God been using Genesis to help you to grow closer to Him this year? What have you learned about the character of God? Did you get anything new out of watching the movie about Joseph this week? : ) Just some ideas to get you thinking.
